Here's what you will do most days:
- Manage all operational aspects of the retail store
- Ensure workplace scheduling is effective so the store has sufficient staff cover
- Driving sales and maximising market potential
- Maintain merchandising, sales and customer service
You will also:
- Recruit for the team and induct, train and coach the new staff members
- Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right products (don't worry, we'll help you out with by providing thorough training!)
- Provide on-time reporting
- Identify any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes
