Job Description
The Support Technician DC Services is charged with administration and maintenance of hardware and software solutions that meet business objectives. The role works across all IS activities at the DC. You will be part of a team with a high degree of face-to-face client contact where exceptional customer service is very important.
Duties include
- Windows desktop administration, IS equipment maintenance (printers, RF guns, RF network)
- Manhattan/TOLAS (Warehouse Management System) application support.
- You will not only deeply care what and why you deliver but also take intense pride on how. The hours of work are rostered monthly to support the DC operations which operates 24/7 and can include weekends and on-call.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical leadership and solid business acumen; With a keen willingness to share and mentor other members of your team.
QualificationsQualifications needed:
- IT Tertiary and or relevant industry qualification (MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
- 3 - 5 years of experience, knowledge and understanding of the IT industry environment.
